Mainly known by the name Amfissa, this PDO Konservolia variety is produced in several regions of Central Greece. With large plump and round shape, this olive is naturally ripened on the three with 100% authentic black color. Natural black olives are packed in brine solution with sea salt, wine vinegar, water and extra virgin olive. HORECA selection: barrels of 1 Kg, 2 Kg, 5 Kg and 12 Kg drained weight.
