Green Chalkidiki Olives have a green unripe color, crispy texture and characteristic acidity, which enriches their refreshing taste. Due to their large size they are perfect for stuffing with a variety of natural fillings, in generous proportions, sometimes fitting even a whole fruit such as almond and garlic clove.
