OliveS CHALKIDIKI
We pick the large fruit of Chalkidiki Green olives, leave them in lye to lose their bitter tones, ferment them in sea salt brine to balance their taste and pack them in water and salt. This simple process keeps their unripe tones and fresh taste. Chalkidiki olive variety has a large fruit with pointed ends and relatively small core and crispy flesh. An ideal olive for meze and cocktails. Available whole, pitted, sliced and halves.
