The "Kalamata Olives" (known also as kalamon olives) variety is a very tasty table olive, worldwide appreciated, owing its fame to the excellent growing conditions.

"Kalamata Olives" are almond shaped, purple-black color, firm in texture, along with their extraordinary taste. They maintain their rich flavor by being fermented in brine made by natural ingredients (sea salt and water). They are packed together with brine, wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
