Green olives cracked

This variety is used both as a variety for olive oil and for edible olives. Its cultivation is limited at some areas in Attica and east Peloponnese.
The weight of the fruit ranges from 2 to 5 g and its shape is elongated asymmetric with pointed apex. It is the more resistant in drought variety.
It is used to produce green cracked olives which are extremely tasty, packed in brine with lemon.
