Baked cheese with green pepper and olives

  • 250 grams feta cheese
  • ¼ tea-spoonful oregano
  • ¼ teaspoonful ground pepper
  • 70 grms green pepper finely chopped
  • 70 grms kalamata olives (10-15 olives) finely chopped
  • 2 soup spoonful extra virgin olive oil
  • For garnishing: lemon slices, fresh chopped parsley
  • For serving: toasted bread

Preheat the oven at a medium temperature. Cut the cheese into four parts and put in four heat resistant bowls. Sprinkle oregano and ground pepper over the cheese. In a separate bowl mix the chopped green pepper with the chopped olives and the olive oil then add the mixture over the cheese. Put the bowls in the oven and allow baking for about 5 minutes till the margins become yellow. Serve with toasted bread.
