Greek Salad

  • 1 portion (150 grms), calories: 260
  • 3 firm tomatoes
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 cup of kalamata olives
  • 180 grms of feta cheese
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • Oregano, salt and pepper

Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into slices. Cut the onion and the peppers into rings. Place in salad bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano and add the olives. Cut the feta cheese into chunks and add to other ingredients in the bowl. Pour over the oil.
